Overview
Our refund and returns policy are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Exemptions:
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Other non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when a book shows obvious signs of use, or if an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company and bank. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to us at info@chardikalasikhcenter.com.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@chardikalasikhcenter.com for further instructions.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
